CEMETERY COMMISSION

Laurel Cemetery
5:00 P.M.
1. Public Input (three-minute limit) Citizens may address the Cemetery Commission
regarding any item of business. The duration for an individual speaking under
Public Input is limited to three minutes. While all comments are welcome, the
Cemetery Commission will not take action on any item not on the agenda.
2. Determine location for Rosselot family monument.
3. Other
(A quorum is needed for the motion. If you are unable to attend,

AT CEMETERY:
1. Determine location for Rosselot family plaque.
2. Determine what will be done with dirt area directly south of new veteran fence by
maintenance shop.
3. Show area where millings could be used in cemetery.
4. Determine location for kiosk that will be moved from Thomson Park.
5. Road alignment on north side of current cemetery, Section H.
6. Look at staked area for veteran gathering place in Section J.

9. Motion to approve kiosk location.
10. Straightening of grave markers in Veteran Sections.
11. Discuss opening remaining two rows in Section Q of Catholic Cemetery.
12. Discuss what is needed to proceed with gathering place in Veteran Section J.
13. Amend Cemetery Master Plan to include gathering area.

3. Discuss gathering place in veteran section.
4. Plaque for Rosselot family.
5. Millings on east side of old airport road for parking.
6. Discuss opening up the remaining two rows in Catholic Section Q.

2. Review new policy and regulations for the Laurel Cemetery and pass for
recommendation to council.
3. Discuss plaque for land at Veteran's Cemetery, per Mayor Olson...
4. Discuss small gathering area in Veterans' section that can build right away;
flagpole, benches, etc.
5. Discuss water situation, development of phased installation of sprinkler system.
6. Other items.

2. Discuss regulations regarding flowers, etc. in the Veteran's Section of the Laurel
Cemetery. Representatives of the American Legion will be in attendance for their
input.
3. Review the Master Plan for the Laurel Cemetery with Interstate Engineering, Inc.
