Public Comments (three-minute limit) Citizens may address the board regarding any item of city business not on the agenda. Reports from Public Works Director • Riverside permitting • Vault toilet design- Great West Engineering on ADA ramping • Budget/Finance Committee approval for costs over and above the vault system itself • Heating unit - solar coil pricing or another option • Follow-up from October Park Board meeting for additional signage at Riverside Park 5. Riverside Park Plan—Review the Park Master Plan list • Review plan list -prioritize top three • Discuss budget amendment for cost to install vault toilets • Should council proceed to get appropriate permits to install vault toilets? 6.
