AGENDA
1. Public Comments (three-minute limit)
Citizens may address the board regarding any item of city business not on the agenda. The duration for an
individual speaking under Public Comment is limited to three minutes. While all comments are welcome,
the board will not take action on any item not on the agenda.
2. Vault toilets - update on progress; Did Budget/Finance Committee approve the request to
unrestricted funds?
3. Report - Pool Committee; update from LARC; ideas to heat the pool and budget funding
to support it
4. Lease negotiations - none at this time
5. Riverside Park Master Plan- next step?
• Review cost estimate from Great West on Riverside Park permitting
6. Discuss combining committees with Park Board- Cemetery Commission and Tree Board
7. Other items

6. Questions for permitting process:
• Do costs of items being built need to be in the permitting process?
• Do we need to complete all items listed in the permit?
• Do we need permitting to remove steel from Riverside Park?
• Do we need permitting for removing the caretaker house?
• If not all items are completed in the permit, can they be added to a future permit?
