Agenda
1. Discussion of use of cell phones while driving as included in the
Personnel Policy manual.
2. Trenching/Confined spaces — retraining, class or updating.
3. Documentation for employee training on new skills.
4. Progress on revising the safety manual.
5. Computerized training for the shop.
6. Remodeling of city hall spaces.
7. Eye wash stations checked weekly and extinguishers monthly in all
buildings and on all equipment.
8. Any other concerns that need to be addressed.
