This again is a letter of concern from the landowners adjacent to Little Dude Rancbettes
Subdivision.
We were unable to get any file copies from the City Hall as to the status of the Little Dude
Subdivision. Has the final subdivision plat process been finaltzed with a signed contract
between the developer and the local government (Yellowstone County) ?
We have seen no progress on the parkland recharge area even though you said the contract has
been let, There are 1 g homes completed, 2 new homes being built and a church. Has any
follow-Up been done as to the parkland recharge?
This troubles us greatly because of the review on September 7, 2006 for a new scheduled
residential area to the North of us. More farmland is being developed and this will remove
addkional irrigated land that contributes to our recharge area They will he directly in the path of
our subsurface water flow.
A written reply to these questions is respectfully requested.
