This meetin~ was called for the specific purpose of passing the necessary
Resoluti~ for placing the "Storm Drainage Water System" on the November
ballot for $; 1,800,000.00 dollars.

Motion by ~]derman ~lick: That Resolution No. 1708 be declared
passed and adepted. Seconded by Alderman Burns. Carried.
There be~ no further business to co~ before the council at this
time, the meeting was adjourned.

by the Mayor this 17th day of October, 1978.

Motion was duly made and seconded that the following named polling
places and clerks and judges of the General Election of November 7, 1978, be
appointed. Motion carried.
