Herman, at 7:00 o'clock, P.M., on Tuesday, August 1, 1978. COUNCIL MEMBERS PRESENT: Albert Ehrlick Harold Burns Susan Carter Ronald Massey Thomas Kilpatrick Donald Meyers Charles Rodgers Ervin Metzger Council members absent: None MINUTES: Minutes of July 18th approved. SEWER REHABILITATION PROJECT: 6M069.109 Referred to Pat Johnson for advertisement on September 5th. EXTENDING THE BOUNDARIES - Whitfield Sub. RESOLUTION NO. 1700 BEING A B~sOLUTION EXTENDING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE CITY OF I~AUREL, MONTANA, TO INCLUDE LOTS ELEVEN (11) THROUGH SE~FENTEEN (17),WHITFIELD SUBDIVISION, & C/S %168. b~tion by Alderman Masse~: That Resolution No. 1700 be passed and adopted. Seconded by Alderman Metzger. Carried. CITY ATTORNEY: City Attorney to draft Resolution regarding load limits within the City limits on Eighth Avenue and First Avenue. STREET AND ALLEY COMMITTEE: Motion by Alderman Ehrlick: To introduce minutes of the Street and Alley Committee into the regular minutes. Seconded by Alderman Kilpatrick. Carried. MERRITT WILLIAMS: Discussion regarding two-hour parking. Referred to the Police Committee and Cumin Associates. MURR ISAACS: S.I.D. No. 97 Motion by Alderman Ehrlick: That the engineering department be authorized to give instructions to the contractors, engineers and others on this project. Seconded by Alderman Meyers. Carried. D.C. Lenhardt - Construction of Buildin~ in Park Mayor referred this matter to the City Attorney.
