Laurel Urban Renewal Agency (LURA)
December 14th, 2015, Laurel Public Library meeting room
Meeting was called to order by Chair Judy Goldsby. Roll call/Attendance:
Quorum of voting members present: Mardie Spalinger. Greg Nelson, Dean
Rankin, and Dan Klein. Advisory board members: Kent Harris, Janice
Lehman, Linda Frickel and Steve Solberg. City Council: Rick Herr. City Staff:
Heidi Jensen and Noel Eaton. Big Sky EDA: Patrick Klugman and Diane Lehm
Introductions: None
Approval of Minutes from Previous Meeting: Linda made the motion and
Dean seconded.
Old Business: The Trading Post demolition was discussed.
The City Council will vote on the Fowl Play's application this
week.
New Business: None.
Reports: City Administration: None.
City Planner: None
City Clerk: None
Big Sky EDA: Buffalo Trail will be requesting funding.
Public Comment on Non Agenda Topics: Grain elevator demolition, Signage
and Façade from KC Interiors, Soft opening on 12-16-15 for High Plains
Brewery, Water Intake discussion, Siren discussion and the Safety Levy
failure/consequences.
