AMEN-DING SECTION 17.16. 020 AND TABLE 17.16. 020 OF THE
LAUREL MUNICIPAL CODE, TO CHANGE REAR-SET BACKS IN
RESIDENTIAL MOBILE HOMES ZONES FROM TEN (10) FEET TO FIVE
(5) FEET.
IT IS HEREBY ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of
Laurel, Montana, that Section 17.16.020 and Table 17.16.020 of the
Laurel Municipal Code is hereby amended as follows:
Section 17.16.020. Zoninq classified in district~. Zoning
for residential districts is classified in and subject to the
requirements of Table 17.16.020. (Ord. 1068, 1993; Ord. 1065,
1993; Ord. 820, 1985: prior code section 17.28.020)
This Ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) days after
final passage by the City Council and approval by the Mayor.
Introduced on first reading at a regular meeting of the City
Council on March 1 , 1994, by Alderman Kelloqq
PASSED and ADOPTED by the Laurel City Council on second
reading this 15th day of March , 1994, upon a motion by
Alderman Marshall
