Dear Mayor and Council,
Enclosed please find the first drawdown request for the 2006 Wastewater Improvements Project.
The drawdown requests will be in a similar format to those for the 2004 CDBG wastewater
project. Once the City provides ME&A with applicable project invoices, ME&A will prepare a
drawdown request for the applicable funding agencies.
One copy of the drawdown request will be sent to the City for their review and approval of the
drawdown request (more copies can be providedifrequested). Once all drawdown request
forms are signed by the City, please return them to us for completion of the final drawdown
request. At this point copies of the approved drawdown request are sent to all recipients listed at
the end o£the drawdown report.
This first drawdown request includes all engineering services through the end of 2005
(specifically for this project) and all grant administration services up through February 3, 2006.
The total for engineering services amounted to $66,565.97, of which all will be requested from
the SRF loan as a reimbursement to the City. The grant administration services amounts to a
total of $2,289.60, of which will be drawn from TSEP.
Please review the enclosed draw. If it meets with your approval, please sign the SRF and TSEP
draw forms and return to as at your earliest convenience.
