CORRECTING LAUREL CITY ORDINANCE 17.28.040 (AIRPORT ZONING)
Be it hereby ordained by the City Council of the City of Laurel that Section
17.28.040, Airport Elevation, be corrected by changing the airport elevation to read
3,515 feet MSL.
This Ordinance changing the Laurel Municipal Code shall become effective thirty
(30) days after final passage by the City Council and approved by the Mayor.
Introduced on first reading at a regular meeting of the City Council on the 5th
day of July , 1994 by Alderman Dickerson
Passed and adopted by the Laurel City Council on second reading this
]9~h dayof July , 1994, upon a motion by Alderman

Approved by the Mayor of the City of Laurel on the 2 0 th day of
July ,1994.
