CORRECTING LAUREL CITY ORDINANCE 17.28.200.D. (AIRPORT ZONING)
Be it hereby ordained by the City Council of the City of Laurel that Section
17.28.200. Height Limitations, paragraph D be corrected as follows:
Change "--primary surface of each airport--" to read "--primary surface of
each runway--".
This Ordinance changing the Laurel Municipal Code shall become effective thirty
(30) days after final passage by the City Council and approved by the Mayor.
Introduced on first reading at a regular meeting of the City Council onthe 5th
dayof July , 1994 by Alderman l, larshall
Passed and adopted by the Laurel City Council on second,reading this
19 'ch day of Ju 1 ¥ ,1994, upon a motion by Alderman
Marshall
Approved by the Mayor of the City of Laurel on the 20'ch dayof
July ,1994.
