OLD BUSINESS
• Nominations for Board Members- (vote.)
• City Lease meeting - Christy will report.
• Christmas Decorations- Decorations up. We had a great crew. Remember we have to take
them down on January 3`d.
NEW BUSINESS -
• New Member- Country Cuts- Owner Misty Keane- 18 First Ave.
• Holiday Open House -Sign up to bring a goodie. Invitations have been sent out. Marcia will
send out reminders next week.
• Annual Meeting- Look into what your business can donate for the raffles. We have received
donations from CHS, Inc. and McDonald's. Also have received a few calls. Will send out invitations
snail mail after the first of the year.
• Budget- Molly will report.
• Banking-Would it be worth it to put some of our money in a Certificate of Deposit.
Ribbon Cuttings Country Cuts would like one next Monday, December 14th at noon. Volunteers.

Board Meeting Minutes
The Meeting was held on November 12, 2015 at the Palace. In attendance were: Executive Board
Members: President-Christy Williams, Directors: Zada Stamper for Donnie McVee, Brent Renier,Amanda
Powell. Gail Melcher was present as the substitute assistant.
Christy called the meeting to order. A quorum was not present, so no action was taken.
Old BUSINESS
• City Lease- Christy gave an overview of a discussion that she had with a city employee
regarding the pending lease.
• City Decorations - The volunteer sheet was passed out.

New BUSINESS
• New Members- Curtis Iverson Insurance
• Spotlight on Business - Always looking for new.
• Holiday Open House - Goodie volunteer list passed out.
