CHANGING LAUREL CITY ORDINANCE 17.28.160 (AIRPORT ZONING)
Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Laurel that the last words in
Section 17.28.160, Districts Created, of the Laurel City Code be changed from "Ldn
zones and flight patterns." to "Ldn Zones and Flight Pattern Area."
This Ordinance changing the Laurel Municipal Code shah become effective thirty
(30) days at~er final passage by the City Council and approved by the Mayor.
Introduced on first reading at a regular meeting of the City Council on the 5th
day of July ~ 1994 by Alderman Dickerson
Passed and adopted by the Laurel City Council on second reading this
19th dayof July , 1994, upon a motion by Alderman
Kilpatrick
Approved by the Mayor of the City of Laurel on the 2 0 th day of
July ,1994.
