CHANGING LAUREL CITY ORDINANCE
Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Laurel that Section 17.68.020,
Application Requirements, paragraph A. 3. be changed as follows:
Add to the last sentence "--and the names and addresses of property
owners of record within three hundred (300) feet of the property for which a Special
Review has been requested; such list of property owners shall be so certified by the
County Clerk and Recorder's Office."
This Ordinance changing the Laurel Municipal Code shall become effective thirty
(30) days at~er final passage by the City Council and approved by the Mayor.
Introduced on first reading at a regular meeting of the City Council on the 5th
day of July ,1994 by Alderman Dickerson
Passed and adopted by the Laurel City Council on second reading this
19th dayof 3u1¥ ,1994, upon a motiun by Alderman
Ehrlick
