CHANGING LAUREL CITY ORDINANCE 17.68.030 (SPECIAL REVIEW)
Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Laurel that Section 17.68.030,
Evaluation, Responsibility, Consultation, Notification, be changed as follows:
Paragraph D: Insert after %-authorized agent--" the words "at least".
Paragraph F: Change to read as follows: "After ~ public hearing and as
part of the public record, the planning director shall report his ',t~indings, conclusions, and
recommendations to the zoning commission."
This Ordinance changing the Laurel Municipal Code shall become effective thirty
(30) days after final passage by the City Council and approved by the Mayor.
Introduced on first reading at a regular meeting of the City Council on the 5th
day of July , 1994 by Alderman Marshall
Passed and adopted by the Laurel City Council on second reading this
