CHANGING LAUREL CITY ORDINANCE 17.68.040 (SPECIAL REVIEW)
Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Laurel that Section 17.68.040,
Zoning Commission Action, be changed as follows:
Delete Section A and change Section B to A and Section C to B.
Insert in front of the new Section A the following: "At, er presentation to
the Zoning Commission of the request for Special Review by the applicant, the Zoning
Commission shall make a recommendation to the City Council to:
days; or
Grant the application for Special Review;
deny the application;
delay action on the application for a period not to exceed thirty (30)
4. grant the application subject to conditions and recommendations
and give the reasons therefore.
5. (Delete. This section will be moved to the end of Section
17.68.050.)
This Ordinance changing the Laurel Municipal Code shall become effective thirty
(30) days n_Ret final passage by the City Council and approved by the Mayor.
Introduced on first reading at a regular meeting of the City Council on the 5th
day of July ,1994 by Alderman Diekerson
Passed and adopted by the Laurel City Council on second reading this
