SALARY OF THE CITY JUDGE
BE IT ORDAINED by the City
Montana, that Section 2.68.100.
hereby amended as follows:
Council of the City of Laurel,
of the Laurel Municipal Code is
Section 2.68.100. Salary of the City Judqe. The salary
of the City Judge shall be nineteen thousand and NO/100
Dollars ($19,000) per year paid semi-monthly and he shall
receive a fringe benefit of the regular group health
coverage supplied to City employees retroactive to
July 1, 1994.
This Ordinance shall become effective thirty (30} days after
final passage by the City Council and approval by the Mayor.
Introduced on first reading at a regular meeting of the City
Council on August 16~ , 1994, by Alderman Marshall
PASSED and ADOPTED by the Laurel City Council on second
reading this 20th day of S~ptember , 1994, upon a motion by
Alderman Kelloqq
APPROVED by the Mayor this 21st day of
1994.
