BOARD OF APPEALS
October 18, 2005 5:00 pm

The meeting was called to order at 5:10 pm.
First order ofbusinoss was to elect a Chairman for the Board.
Motion by Dick Clayton, seCOnd by Miles Walton to appoint Bob Western as
chairman. Motion carried by a vote of 4-1 (Western voted Nay).
The City Attorney will mail the board members the general mlos and regulations for
conducting investigations and a copy of LMC 15.04.
Motion by Marvin Carter, second by Milos Walton to adjoum. Motion carded.
The meeting was adjourned at 5:35 pm.
