BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Laurel,
Montana, that Section 5.04.061 of the Laurel Municipal Code is
hereby amended to read as follows:
5.04.061 Fire Inspections For Business.
Licenses being applied for require a fire inspection. The fire
inspector's report will be returned within ten days, and the
license applied for may then be issued.
A fee for the fire inspection shall be collected at the time
the business application is filed with the City. The amount of the
fee shall be established by resolution of the City Council, and may
be increased from time to time by further resolution as the Council
may deem appropriate.
This Ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) days after
final passage of the City Council and approval by the Mayor.
