AMENDING SECTION 2.76.060 OF THE LAUREL
MUNICIPAL CODE, AMBULANCE COMMITTEE CREATED.
IT IS HEREBY ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of
Laurel, Montana, that Section 2.76.060 is hereby amended to read as
follows:
Section 2.76.060. Ambulance committee created.
There is created an ambulance committee consisting of 6
members and the Ambulance Director, appointed by the Mayor.
This Ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) days after
final passage by the City council and approval by the Mayor.
Introduced and passed on first reading at a regular meeting of
the City Council on January 3 , 1995, by Alderman
Marshall
PASSED and ADOPTED by the Laurel City Council on second
reading this 17th day of January , 1995, upon a motion
by Alderman Dickerson
APPROVED by the Mayor this 18th day of
1995.
