April 26,2005
Meeting called to order at 1900 by chairman 3ohn Smith.
Members present were Bob Western,Bob Weins,and Bill Bre, nan.
Ninutes of the previous meeting were approved as read.
Bills were presented and approved.
we need to move porta potty to less muddy location.
Roy will take care of weed control this year.
we need to assess our snowplows and vehicles.
Notion by Brennan,2nd by Weins,to invest part of our "cash on hand"
in C.O.s.Motion passed.
smith is working on budget with ~ity.
Craig Canfield reported on the Automated Unicom(A.W.O.S.II).
It reorts barometric pressure,wind speed & direction,temperature,
humidity,and visibility. Specs are ready for F.A.A.approval.
Feds fund 95%,State 2 1/2~.cOuld open bids by May 24.
