Meeting brought to order by Chairman John Smith @ 19:00 hours
Members present John Smith, Rob Engh, & Randy Hand
Approved June minutes, noted no official meeting in July or August
Guests present, Craig Canfield, & Don to discuss snow plowing.
Old Business:
1. Approved Shane Linse drain field and cistern with provision he understands not to be
used as a residence.
2. Letter sent to Bob Miller to clean up property,and noted it will be for sale
3. Received Snow plow report from Don, Plow was surplus property from State of Montana,
phone authorization from members received and successful bid was placed for unit. Very
favorable report from Don. We will need to train some volunteers and Northern Skies plow
drivers on operation.
Craig Canfield reported on airport runway and property
1. Grant from FAA is approved,funds to be released soon, paperwork almost done..
2. State Parcel has approved right of way on "corrected" runway alignment, waiting for EIP
statement on new alignment,then can finalize.Anticipate June of 2016 or before.
3. Craig noted it would be about 5 years before we are in a position to lease expanded
hanger space.We now have few preferred size lots available.
New Business:
1. Need to contact present lessee for state parcel so it can be leased to them until
construction can begin.
a. Also contact Harvey Fox to see if his lessee wants to continue leasing until
construction can begin.
2. Would like to have Spectrum Security go over camera operation again, and do system
check.
