Meeting called to order @ 19:00hours by Chairman John Smith
Members present were John Smith, Randy Hand, Kyle Albers, Rob Engh.
Approved minutes of April meeting. No minutes taken for May meeting. Al Koelzer to bring
minutes of Jan and Feb. to be presented by Al as soon as practical.
Guest present: Craig Canfield
Claims approved: Normal amounts for utilities and normal expenses. Also insurance pof
$1985 and fire District of$2,174.00. Claims approved as submitted.
Craig went over additional items for the progress with the land acquisition, some
good, some issues have come up, but were mostly anticipated.
1. State parcel to meet July 20th, hopefully that section approved then.
2. Harvey Fox has improvements on section 33, which we will need to pay for,
about$13,000.
3. Harvey Fox appraisals were from $332 to 750 acre, new appraisal under way
for some of his property.
Requested that we arrange for John to come to a meeting on camera operations in
the next little while.
