August 9, 2005
A special meeting of the City Council of the City of Laurel, Montana, was held in the Council
Chambers and called to order by President Gay Easton at 6:19 P.m. on August 9, 2005.
COUNCIL MEMBERS PRESENT:
Dick Fritzler
Gay Easton
Jennifer Johnson
Mark Mace
Daniel Dart
COUNCIL MEMBERS ABSENT:
Doug Poehls
Norm Stamper
Kate Stevenson
RESOLUTION NO. R05-87: A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND APPROVING AN
EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT BETWEEN THE CITY OF LAUREL AND PERRY
ASHER, WHO SHALL SERVE AS THE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT TO THE
MAYOR FOR THE CITY OF LAUREL.
Motion by Alderman Fritzler to approve Resolution No. R05-87 seconded by Alderman Dart.
There waS no public comment or council discussion. A roll call vote was taken on the motion. All
five aldermen/women present voted aye. Motion carried 5-0.
ADJOURNMENT:
Motion by Alderman Mace to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Alderman Dart. A roll call
vote was taken on the motion. All five aldermen/women present voted aye. Motion carried 5-0.
There being no further business to come before the council at this time, the meeting was adjourned at
6:22 p.m.
