Management Plan

Dear Council,
Enclosed please fred a management plan for the above referenced project. The management plan
is a requirement of the Treasure State Endowment Program (TSEP) and is required to be
approved prior to releasing grant funds. The overall objective of the management plan is to
assign roles and responsibilities to specific individuals for the day-to-day administration of the
project. In addition, the plan helps to establish who is responsible for which tasks and helps to
ensure that all applicable federal and state requirements as well as various funding agency's
requirements are met.
Enclosed please find four (4) copies of the management plan for the above referenced project.
Please review the management plan, taking note of the responsibilities of key individuals. The
plan is very similar to the one that was established for the 2003 CDBG project. If the plan meets
with your approval, please sign all copies of the management plan, keeping one fully executed
copy for your files and returning the remaining to me for further distribution.
