Dear Mayor Olson,
Just a note to thank you and the City of Laurel for sponsoring the 2005 Montana
Preservation Workshop in Billings, 26-27 June 2005. By all accounts, the workshop
was a great success, from the beautifully restored venue to the high number of
registrants.
Our experience with the Yellowstone Historic Preservation Board, the Western Heritage
Center, the Billings Depot, and the restaurants in the historic area was outstanding! We
are lucky to have support and vision of so many community leaders like yourself in
Laurel and Yellowstone County.
