Grant funds will be available after July 1, 2005. Prior to incurring costs that are to be reimbursed from the grant, a grant agreement must be executed between your entity and DNRC. To initiate the agreement process, please provide me the following: 1. An updated scope of work and budget for the project; 2. A report on the status of matching funds for the project; 3. A project schedule; 4. The name, address, and telephone number for my contact; and 5. The federal tax identification number for the project sponsor. Upon receipt of this information, an agreement will be drafted for your review. The process usually takes about a month. I will be the DNRC contact in all matters pertaining to your grant.
