Dear Kenneth:
You were previously notified that your RRGL grant application was successful. Grant funds will be
available after July 1, 2005. Prior to incurring costs that are to be reimbursed from the grant, a
grant agreement must be executed between your entity and DNRC.
To initiate the agreement process, please provide me the following:
1. An updated scope of work and budget for the project;
2. A report on the status of matching funds for the project;
3. A project schedule;
4. The name, address, and telephone number for my contact; and
5. The federal tax identification number for the project sponsor.
Upon receipt of this information, an agreement will be drafted for your review. The process usually
takes about a month.
I will be the DNRC contact in all matters pertaining to your grant. Please contact me if you have
questions. My telephone number is 444-6688; my e-mail address is ~.
I look forward to hearing from you and wish you a successful project.
