BUDGET/FINANCE COMMITTEE
October 6,2015 5:30 P.M.
COUNCIL CONFERENCE ROOM
MEMBERS PRESENT: Emelie Eaton
OTHERS PRESENT: Cathy Gabrian Mayor Mace
There was no quorum present. The Chairman and Mayor signed off on the claims in the amount of
$1,147,542.50 and payroll for PPE 9/13/15 totaling$175,332.49 and PPE 9/27/15 in the amount of
$178,335.71.
Emelie would like a review of the schedule of fees pertaining to the 4th of July on the next agenda.
The next Budget/Finance meeting will be on October 20th at 5:30 p.m.
The meeting adjourned at 5:45 p.m.
