Dear Mr. Olsen:
Congratulations, the Montana Department of Commerce is pleased to inform you that a
Treasure State Endowment Program (TSEP) construction grant of $500,000 has been
awarded to the City of Laurel for funding your wastewater project. House Bill 11
authorizing the appropriation of money for TSEP was passed by the 59th Legislature
and signed by Governor Brian Schweitzer on May 6, 2005.
The passage of HB 11 does not, by itself, authorize you to begin incurring project costs.
Therefore, until you have attended one of the two project administration workshops
scheduled in May and June, please do not take any further actions on your project,
without contacting the TSEP staff first.
Again, congratulations on the award of your TSEP grant and we look forward to working
