The Federation Plan of Service has been submitted online. Our library has accepted the POS as posted.
Signatures from the Board Chair and Director are required to receive the annual award of monies
provided by the Montana Legislature and directed through the Montana State Library. Rose Marie and
Nancy will sign the agreement so it can be sent to Helena to receive payment in September.
Nancy will be out of the office on the afternoon of August 26th to meet with Mary Kay Bullard and
Heather Johnstone concerning the Fall Federation meeting. Heather has some concerns about space
limitations at her library. She also wants help deciding what should be served for lunch.
