ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF LAUREL, MONTANA
RELATING TO THE SOLID FOUNDATIONS SUBDIVISION,
AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LAUREL
WHEREAS, zoning changes have been requested in the Zoning Map of the City of Laurel,
Montana by the developer of Solid Foundations Subdivision, an Addition to the City of Laurel, as part
of the annexation and platting process; and
WHEREAS, such requested changes are as follows: Lots 1-11, Block 1 and Lots 1-12, Block 2,
consisting of all of former Certificate of Survey 1330, from Residential Tracts to Residential 6000; and
WHEREAS, the proposed zoning for the Solid Foundations Subdivision, an Addition to the City
of Laurel, has been approved as part of the preliminary platting process by the Laurel City Council,
subject to conditions, on February 1st, 2005; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the residents of the City of Laurel to adopt this
ordinance to provide for uniform and orderly growth for the City;
IT IS HEREBY ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Laurel, Montana, that the
Zoning Map of the City of Laurel, Montana is hereby amended as is set forth herein.
This ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) days after £mal passage by the City Council
and approved by the Mayor.
Introduced and passed on first reading at a regular meeting of the City Council on April 19,
2005, by Alderwoman Stevenson.
PASSED and ADOPTED by the Laurel City Council on second reading this 3rd
