AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING THAT THE
CEMETERY COMMISSION MAY
ESTABLISH RULES AND REGULATIONS
FOR THE CONTROL AND MANAGEMENT
OF THE CEMETERY
IT IS HEREBY ORDAINED by the City Council for the City of Laurel, Montana, that
the LAUREL MUNICIPAL CODE is hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 1: 2.84.020(C) LMC is amended to read as follows:
2.84.020(C) The Commission shall adopted rules and regulations for the control
and management of the Cemete _ry. which rules and re~lations ~hall be established
by resolution of the Ci~ Council: and which may be chan_~ed or amended from
time to time by resolution of the City Council as recommended by the C0mmi~sion
and as the council may deem appropriate ofth~ ~,,,~,y ,z, Gii~d~i~$$~,.sii fii-~,
Section 2:
This Ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) days after final passage by the
City Council and approved by the Mayor.
