ORDINANCE TO ALLOW THE ESTABLISHMENT AND
AMENDMENT OF THE FEE SCHEDULE FOR THE
CITY-COUNTY PLANNING BOARD TO BE SET BY RESOLUTION
IT IS HEREBY ORDAINED by the City Council for the City of Laurel, Montana, that
the LAUREL MUNICIPAL CODE is hereby amended to read as follows:
SECTION 2.72.060:
Each application required or submitted under this title shall be accompanied by payment of
a fee as detemin the ~.m.~ board City Counccil
The City Council shall by resolution adopt a schedule fees for each type of application.
Section 5: This Ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) days after final passage by the
City Council and approved by the Mayor.
Introduced and passed on first reading at a regular meeting of the City Council on
June 16, ~L?: ~ ,1998, by Alderman Johnson
PASSED and ADOPTED by the Laurel City Council on second reading this 7 'ch day
of July , 1998, upon motion of Alderman Orr
