ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING PARKING LIMITATIONS
AT THE MIDDLE SCHOOL.
IT IS HEREBY ORDAINED by the City Council for the City of Laurel,
Montana, that the LAUREL MUNICIPAL CODE is hereby amended to read as
follows:
Section 1:
Chapter 10.52, PARICdNG RESTRICTIONS IN CERTAIN
DESIGNATED AREAS, shall be amended to add the following
section:
10.52.15 Parking on the East Side of the Middle School.
Parking on Colorado Avenue shall be limited to
fifteen (15) minutes, from the intersection of Fifth
Street and Colorado, south 165 feet on the west side
of Colorado Avenue.
Section 2:
This Ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) days after final
passage by the City Council and approved by the Mayor.
Introduced and passed on first reading at a regular meeting of the City
Councilon September 1 ,1998, byAlderman Johnson
PASSED and ADOPTED by the Laurel City Council on second reading
this 15th day of September , 1998, upon motion of Alderman
Walton
