AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A ZONE CHANGE REQUEST FOR TRACT A,
CERTIFICATE OF SURVEY 826 LOCATED AT 904 YELLOWSTONE FROM
RESIDENTIAL MANUFACTURED HOME TO RESIDENTIAL TRACTS
WHEREAS, the Laurel-Yellowstone City-County Planning Board has made a
recommendation to the Laurel City Council to approve a request for zone change for Certificate
of Survey 826 located at 904 Yellowstone from Residential Manufactured Home to Residential
Tracts; and
WHEREAS, the requested zone change is found to be in the best interest of the City of
Laurel.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Laurel,
Montana,
APPROVAL. The request for zone change is hereby approved.
Introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council on February 1, 2005, by Alderman
PASSED and APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Laurel this 1st day of
February, 2005.
