REGISTRATION: Beginning at 11:30 a.m. to noon.
LUNCH AT NOON
MEETING IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING LUNCH '.
Purpose of the meeting: 1) to elect one director from District No. 1~ one director from District No.
2, each for a two year term, and one director from Distdct No. 3, for a three year term; 2) to
transact any other business that may properly come before the meeting.
NOTE: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
Free lunch to Stockholders and their spouses at noon. This is your meeting and the Directors
urge every Stockholder to be present as there are items of business of interest to all '
Stockholders that are to be transacted and voted upon.
The Big Ditch Company is considering the pumhase of a different backhoe to clean the ditch.
The High Ditch shareholders will be paying for 20% of the cost. This pumhase will be discussed
at 'the annual meeting.
