R99-1 Collection of annual service fee for all water users, pursuant to the Public Water
Supply Program.
R99-2 Resolution authorizing the Mayor to sign a pay telephone installation agreement

Billings, said agreement relating to solid waste disposal.

($15,000 from General Fund to the Fire Department Capital Projects Fund;

R99-32 Being a resolution transferring certain Insurance Funds of the City of Laurel,
Montana. ($9,788.07 from PERS/MPORS Fund, $23,083.82 from
Comprehensive Insurance Fund, $8,734.80 from Employee Health Insurance
Fund; total of $48,192.64 to the General Fund)
R99-33 A resolution authorizing the Mayor to sign Change Order No. 1 for the Cabin
Restoration CTEP No. 6999 (3) Project.
R99-34 A resolution approving the Proposal for Information Management Application
Software from Black Mountain Software, Inc.
R99-35 A resolution accepting the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG)
Technical Assistance Grant award and authorizing the Mayor to sign any and all
documents associated with said grant.
R99-36 A resolution levying and assessing all of the property embraced within Special
Improvement Lighting District No. 2, of the City of Laurel, Montana, for the
entire cost of maintenance and electrical current for the fiscal year, 1999-2000.
R99-37 A resolution levying and assessing all of the property embraced within Special
