Governor-elect Brian Schweitzer is recruiting local leaders to serve on state boards and commissions, t met with the
transition team yesterday and they are very interested in appointing mayors, council membem and others in city and town
governments who have a proven record of public service.
The attachment will provide you with a list of the available appointments on boards and commissions.
If you are interested in serving, you can submit an application through the Schweitzer Link on the state web page
(discoveringmontana.com).
They say Montana is changing directions. Maybe we can steer it our way.
