AMENDING CHAPTER 15.32 OF THE
LAUREL MUNICIPAL CODE.
BE IT HEREBY ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Laurel, Montana, that Section
15.32 of the Laurel Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
15.32.010 Adoption.
A. Part II, Uniform Federal Accessibility Standards, as recorded in the federal register
dated august 7, 1984, published by the United States Architectural and Transportation Barriers
Compliance Board, together with any appendix or subsequent amendments or additions thereto,
adopted or as may be adopted in the future by the Montana State Building Codes Bureau, as applicable
to local governments, is adopted by and declared to be the "Uniform Federal Accessibility Standards"
of the city.
B. One full copy of the code shall be ~n fi!~ available in the offices of the city eJ~k-
~:r.g-,:r:r. The aforesaid Part II, Uniform Federal Accessibility Standards is adopted by reference and
made a part of this chapter as fully, and for all intents and purposes, as though set forth herein at
length. It shall be known and designated as the "Part II, Uniform Federal Accessibility Standards" of
the city.
15.32.020 Updated references.
Part II, Uniform Federal Accessibility Standards, described in Section 15.32.010, is amended
by the additions, deletions and modifications set forth in the following sections of this chapter.
This Ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) days after final passage by the City Council
and approval by the Mayor.
Introduced and passed on first reading at a regular meeting of the Laurel City Council on April

PASSED and ADOPTED by the Laurel City Council on second reading this 20th day of April,
