BUDGET/FINANCE COMMITTEE
August 4,2015 5:30 P.M.

There was not a quorum present.
Chuck and the Mayor signed the claims detail report in the amount of$1,471,376.16 for Council consent.
There was one purchase requisition for an additional pump for the lift stations. This is a spare portable
pump. The lowest bid was submitted by H&E Equipment Services in the amount of$19,995.00 and was
signed by the Mayor and Chuck.
The Payroll Register for PPE 7/19/15 totaling$175,497.85 was reviewed and signed by the Mayor and
Chuck.
Clerk/Treasurer Comments:
All items on the agenda will be carried over to the next meeting.
The next regular Budget/Finance meeting will be Tuesday,August 18,2015 at 5:30 p.m.
