ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2.68.100 OF
THE LAUREL MUNICIPAL CODE,
AMEND/NG THE JUDGE'S SALARY.
IT IS I-[EREBY ORDAINED by the City Council for the City of Laurel, Montana, that
Section 2.68.100 of the Laurel Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
City Judge - Salary.
The annual salary of the city judge shall be tv::::~. V:.'c twenty-five thousand five
hundred dollars, paid on the regularly established paydays of the City, and shall receive a
fringe benefit of the regular group health coverage supplied to city employees, retroactive
to July 1, 2004.
This Ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) days after final passage by the
City Council and approved by the Mayor.
Introduced and passed on first reading at a regular meeting of the City Council on
August 17 ,2004, by Alderman Easton
