AMENDING SECTION 2.68.100 OF THE
LAUREL MUNICIPAL CODE,
ORDINANCE AMENDING TI~E JUDGES SALARY
IT iS HEREBY ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Laurel, Montana that
Section 2.68.100 is here by amended to read as follows:
City judge- Salary.
The salary of the city judge shall be twenty-two thousand paid on the regularly
established pay days of the City, and shall receive a fringe benefit of the regular
group health coverage supplied to city employees retroactive to July, I999.
This Ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) days after final passage by thc City
Council and approval by the Mayor.
Introduced and passed on first reading at a regular meeting of the City Council on thc
day of October, 1999, upon a motion by Alderman Orr
PASSED and ADOPTED by the Laurel City Council on second reading this 2nd_ day of
November, 1999, upon a motion by Alderman Orr
APPROVED by the Mayor this. 2 nd day November, 1999.
