August 11, 2004
A special meeting of the City Council of the City of Laurel, Montana, was held in the
Council Chambers and called to order by Mayor Ken Olson at 5:30 p.m. on August 11, 2004.
COUNCIL MEMBERS PRESENT:
COUNCIL MEMBERS ABSENT:
Dick Fritzler
Kate Stevenson
Gay Easton
Jennifer Johnson
Doug Poehls
Mark Mace
John Oakes
Daniel Dart
Mayor Olson led the Pledge of Allegiance to the American flag.
Mayor Olson asked the council to observe a moment of silence.
PUBLIC INPUT:
Citizens may address the Council regarding any item of City business. The duration for an individual speaking under
Public Input is limited to three minutes. While all comments are welcome, the Council will not take action on any item
not on the agenda. Please complete the "Request to Address the City Council" card by filling out your name and city
of residence and returning it to the Council Secretary. Thank you!
There was no public input.
CHANGE ORDER FOR ALDER AVENUE:
· Resolution No. R04-92: Resolution authorizing the Mayor to sign a change order for
alterations to the surface reconstruction phase of the Alder Avenue sewer line project.
Motion by Alderman Poehls to approve Resolution No. R04-92, seconded by Alderman
Mace. Motion carried 6-0.
ADJOURNMENT:
Motion by Alderman Oakes to adjourn the council meeting, seconded by Alderwoman
Stevenson. Motion carried 6-0.
There being no further business to come before the council at this time, the meeting was adjourned at
5:33 p.m.
