Dear Mayor Olsen:
I wanted to take a brief minute of your time and express to
you my appreciation for your assistance and the assistance of
Cindy, Sam, and the other City Council members in completing and
approving the Yellowstone City-County Health Department
Interlocal Agreement, Ordinance, and the Air Pollution Control
Program Resolution. Your office acted with great integrity and
assistance in completing this matter. I am extremely grateful
and appreciative in all of your efforts in assisting the
Yellowstone City-County Health Department move forward with its
programs.
