Dear Sir,
Your project application, as listed above, was received by the May 15, 2004 deadline
along with the required fee. I have completed an initial review of your funding application. In this
review, I checked to see that the application was signed and dated. I also looked to see the
basic information was provided in each of the application categories. My initial analysis of your
application indicates that there were no missing items.
In the next few weeks a key project reviewer will be assigned to your application. They
will be responsible for coordinating the technical, financial, economic and environmental review
of the application. They will contact you initially to confirm that your application is complete.
They may contact you at a later date to obtain additional information in a section or sections of
your application. It is essential that you provide them any requested information or
documentation within the time frame requested. Failure to provide additional information may
handicap your application and result in a lower than possible ranking score.
If you are not the Person {hat should be Contacted through t~e course of the
technical/financial review you should let me know immediately so I can make a change in our
