Insurance Committee
May 18, 2004 7:00 pm

Member not present: Mike Nieskens
Guy Rolison was appointed as Chairman and Chris Shay, Recording Secretary.
It was stated that the Montana League of Cities and Towns has put a bid out to form a statewide
insurance group. The bids should be back next week some time.
Mayor Olson came in and addressed the Committee stating that each member needs to talk with their'
immediate supervisor to determine the best time of day and day of the week for the meetings.
Mayor Olson will ask Mary Embleton if she would consider being an information liaison to the
Insurance Committee.
Mayor Olson will talk to Mick DiFronzo of DiFronzo and Company. DiFronzo is an insurance
consultant and was very helpful with getting quotes from different insurance programs/companies last
year.
If there is anything that needs to be brought to the Council's attention~it first needs to be brought to a
Council workshop. Workshops are held every second and fourth Tuesday. Deadlines to get on the
agenda are the Wednesday before the council workshop.
The next meeting will be held on Tuesday, May 25, 2004 at 3:00 pm at City Hall.
The meeting was adjourned at 7:45 pm.
