The cormnittee reviewed a letter written by Don to the Department of Commerce
in response to Finding gl in the 1996-97 Audit Report.
The committee reviewed a memo from the *~¥1IA regarding properD' insurance
which is now available througtt them. It was suggested that the ciD' get a quote
from them and refer this matter to the Insurance Committee.
The overtime report for PPE 5-10-98 was re,vSewed.
There was discussion regarding the 1998-99 Preliminary Budget Summary. The
committee will meet on May 20th to review this more thoro ~ughly.
The meeting was adjourned at 4:47 p.m,
