The committee reviewed the 1998-99 General Fund Preliminary Revenue and
Expenses Budgets again. There is still a difference of approximately 5233,000
between estimated revenue and estimated expenditures. The committee suggested
that the mayor issue a directive to department heads to try and cut 15% from their
budgets.
The meeting was adjourned at 9:15 p.m.
