Dear Council Members:
Cable Montana has been working diligently over the past year to expand the services
available to our customers, as well as the quality of the cable television service. Over the past
year we have added high-speed intemet access to enhance the services available.
Enclosed you will find a channel card listing the channels that are now available. In
order to better service our customers, we have upgraded the system by adding additional
channels. The cost of upgrading a system requires a substantial investment in equipment
upgrades and programming costs. Because of this, the rates have been adjusted. The enclosed
channel card outlines the rates to become effective February 1, 2004, on all of our services
available.
If the customer is subscribing to Basic and Expanded Basic, along with Digital and Cable
Modem service, they automatically receive a 5% discount to their entire bill. In addition, they
can receive an additional 5% discount through our pre-payment discount program. Now
available to all subscribers, any customer that wishes to pre-pay their services for 2004, is
entitled to a 5% discount to their cable television service.
Cable Montana would like to thank you for allowing us to be a part of your community
